Shipping policy

Production Time

All orders are produced to order with a 2-3 week (15 business day) production time. Production times may vary slightly during peak seasons.

Delivery & Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking. Standard transit is typically 3–7 business days. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for delays outside our control. Orders with multiple items may arrive in more than one shipment.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address. Packages returned due to a bad address may incur a reshipment fee.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Inspect your order on arrival. If items arrive damaged, contact us within 3–5 business days with photos of the product and packaging. For lost or missing packages, reach out and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
